Disappearing Now Playiing List

TiVo rebooted following a power interuption. (Accidentlly unpluged it). Now the Now Playing List is empty. :confused:
Season Passes and other settings unchanged. Connect info is current.

Any clue as to cause? Lost 400+ hours of content and would like to avoid a repeat.

Pretty bizarre. What model TiVo is it?

This happened oin a TiVo Series 2 Service # begins with 240. Box is 300 hr Weaknees installed upgrade.

I havent seen a NP list go completely blank on its own; have you tried unplugging and plugging back in, just to confirm? What does your recording history/to do list say?

After problem appeared, I:

1. unplugged and rebooted
no change
2. checked all other lists
to do list was still accurate
season passes were all in place
3. recording history had no unsual entries
just 28 day notes and cancelled recordings that had been cancelled
4. settings and system info were unchanged
5. recently delete folder was also gone

unit working fine since then - there had been some HD failure symptoms. Unexplained pauses in playback, video break up, etc. But that has not happened since this event.

At the time I was connecting a second unit (humax) in the same room. Remotes were coded to work only one machine. (covered the front of this machine while coding new unit. Unpowered new unit while coding old unit.

Knocked plug of this unit out while plugging in new Humax unit.
