Tivo HD black screen/no signal

Hi. I did some searching and didn't seem to come up with an answer to this. I have a Tivo HD that has had a few instances of the image and sound stopping and only getting a black/grey screen. This lasts until I restart the box. I have no cable box, I have no cable card. This is on analogue cable. It happened once or twice when I first got the thing in September, then it was fine for a while and happened a couple times between then and now, it has now happened 5 times in the last 4 days.

Any hints as to what may be causing this? I called Tivo and they told me to check the signal strength with my cable company. I guess I will be calling my cable company tomorrow.

That sounds like a failing drive. Is it from us? If it's under warranty from us or elsewhere, you should try to get it swapped.
