Is it dead?

Hi. I have a series 2 tivo model TCD140060 and last week the picture froze. I tried to restart it and all I got was the "Welcome. Powering up..." screen and all four lights in the front are lit. I replaced the hard drive and the power supply, and still have the same problem. Is there anything else I can try or is that it? I have lifetime service so I would like keep this box if possible.

Unfortunately there really isn't much else you can try, short of calling TiVo to get their price for repair/replacement.
