Switching tuners

One of the things I miss most about my TiVo is the ease of switching between tuners. For instance, I pause one channel and switch to the other tuner by pushing the down button.

I can't figure out how to do this on my HR20.

Any ideas?

Easy solution to switch tuners

Select the first channel you want to watch and hit the record button. Select the second channel and do the same. Flip back and forth between the two by entering the channel number on the remote. Or you can bring up the Guide and select between the two that way; it is a little slower than direct channel number entry. Since both channels are recording, you can pause, fast forward, rewind etc. You can then delete the two programs later in the List. I am unaware of a way to toggle back and forth between the two with a one button push option.
