Hello:
I recently purchased a NEW HR21-200 DTV receiver. I hooked it up on Saturday and everything worked fine. Today (Sunday) I noticed that the lights were off on the receiver so I tried to press the power and nothing happen, then I tried doing a reset and still no lights on the receiver but I did notice the HD spinning a lot. I then unplugged the unit waited 5min and plugged it back in to find out my receiver had NO life. The only noise coming from the receiver was the HD spinning. I did notice a strange thing that the 2 Ethernet ports both lights were solid so I had 4 lights solid on the back of my unit.
I've owned a lot of receivers and I have to say this is the oddest thing that's ever happen. Could I need a NEW hard drive or is my receiver dead?
