Spontaneous reboots in upgraded unit

I upgraded my 40GB to 160GB (at Weaknees) back in February...today, the unit started experiencing spontaneous reboots, going back to the apple logo and then main menu without warning.

After trying a Factory Restore, the unit went into an endless loop of iTunes sync codes and reboots...and it's still doing it after an hour or so.

Any ideas for a fix?
