I was recording from my rear inputs today (didn't try the front...didn't even know there was a problem). Before it was done counting down from 5 min, I said "STOP". The Tivo said ok, and I thought all was well.
Not quite.
Now I had a message on the screen that said "Recording from VCR until XX:XX, press STOP to STOP recording"......ok, so I pushed STOP again. The screen said OK......but I continued to get the message.
So I waited until XX:XX time, just in case, and the message is still there. I can't access my main menu or anything.
Software version is 9.1.01. It's not connected to phone line nor internet.
I got it from my friend. She had not recorded from her VCR or Camera. So I don't know when it has this issue.
Is this a software problem or hardware problem?
