Service not activated 750

About 3 weeks ago I lost my HD locals over my OTA. My locals are there on the guide, the channel comes in for a nano second and as if they are being blocked I get the error mesage "service not activated". This is happening on all 3 receivers, 2 hr20 dvrs and 1 h20. DTV is stumped, they have no idea what to do. Anybody else having this problem.

Have they re-hit your access cards?

Bizarre, but it must be an account-wide issue, if it affects all of your units. I'd try calling them again and asking them to explain it, or to transfer you up to a higher-level tech.
