Need to Replace Bad Drive Series1 Help!

I have a series1 tivo with bad hard drive. I want to replace the bad drive with a Western Digital 80 gb And add a second Maxtor 60 gb as the number two drive. I have no data that I could save off of the bad drive.
I would like to get the new drives up and going.I have made a boot cd with MFSTOOLS2.0. I have the drives jumpered for a master and a slave. I can boot off of the boot disk but I do not know what to type in to get things going.
What to do next!

If you don't have a TiVo OS image to use, either from your original drives or from a backup, then you really don't have a way to format the drives yourself. We can do it if you'd like - more info is here.
