Is anyone being charged $5.99 per month for DIRECTV DVR service even though they bought "lifetime" DVR service? Please let me know about your situation for possible class action lawsuit.

Have you called DirecTV about this? Have you had DirecTV service continuously with a DVR on the account since you first purchased lifetime service?

Yes I am being charged the additionl $5.99 even though I had paid for a life time service.

Yes and was told it does not apply to Directv even though the service was with them for the past ten years

I would recommend that you try calling them again; this is the first we have heard of it, presuming the lifetime you purchased was on a DIRECTV TiVo.
