    HR21 Pro

    Has anyone been able to request this receiver from DirecTV as the free replacement of their non MPEG-4 box? Any advice? Thanks!!

    This is not an option. You cannot even get the HR21 Pro from DIRECTV. It has to come from authorized resellers.
