Before I buy I have a question...

I'm currently a unhappy cable customer looking to move to DirecTV. The only thing holding me back so far was the fact that I currently have a dual tuner DVR in the family room but only 1 coax cable running into the room. After doing a Google search I found your SWM8 product and was happy to see that there was an option for me. I haven't made the switch yet and my question was whether or not the DirecTV installers will install this for me when they set it up or do I have to have him do his thing and then I do the install after he leaves? Or in other words does DirecTV offer this as part of their install?
