Stupid Tivo Remote Question

My wife purchase a spare Direct Tivo remote..it is the smaller one with the Live TV/Guide button on the same button. I cant seem to figure out how to get the guide up...pushing the button switches tuner....

Note: I got the guide to come up once...don't know what I did...now its back to switching between tuners with that button again...
