odd noise

There has been an odd noise comming from the sat receivers, the switch has been installed for a week but now i am hearing an odd noise comming from the receivers and the second tunner on the hd/dvr has stopped working, the h23 is also making the noise?

5 lnb slimline - switch- power supply- 1 x 4 splitter

There is an older dvr hooked up to one of the legacy ports

Two HD/DVR and One H23 hooked up to the 1x4

If you are going through a surge protector or UPS or any other similar device, try taking it out temporarily to see if that changes anything.

Pretty strange. You should probably power everything down, then power up just the SWM, then each unit, one at a time. See if that does anything.
