I have my Humax connected to Dish Satellite; I had a problem with Dish, after I fixed it and connected again my Tivo, it shows a black screen with the TIVO message no satellite signal.

I have done the following

1. Change cables
2. Hook Dish directly to the TV and works properly
3. Guided Set Up

However I am not been able to fix my problem, any suggestions will be appreciated

During Guided Setup did you see video? If not, you should redo Guided Setup and make sure you see video coming through before you proceed.

You could have a bad input, which we can repair.

I cannot see the video in the guided setup only a black screen
Reading the different forums, you mentioned that could be the the video encoding chip on the motherboard, could it be this issue?
I am bringing the Humax from outside the country, how fast can you fix it?
