I need tuner 2 replaced

Do you do repairs to receivers? I had the hard drive upgraded, but now tuner 2 does not work. Is it possible to get this fixed?

I posted a message here, and sent an email. I got a reply from my email.
Here is what I was told:
"We can get SAT 2 repaired; the cost is $279 and it takes 2-3 weeks. If you are interested, let us know. Otherwise, you can run the unit with only one tuner and not bother getting it repaired."

To be clear, this unit is an UltimateTV, right? TiVo tuner repairs (http://www.weaknees.com/directv-tivo-satellite-tuner-repair.php) cost far less.
