Does order mattehen upgrading a drive in a brand new TiVo?

I ordered a new single dirve TiVo and a Weaknees single-drive upgrade kit. Should I replace the drive first before going through the setup? Or does it matter?

Yes, do it first. Otherwise, you'll just be doing the exact same setup twice.
