DSR704 USB ports

I have a Philips DirecTivo DSR-704 that I just upgraded. (Thank You WeaKnees!!!!) Is there a way to turn on the USB ports on it without messing up anything?? I've got a Standalone 80 hr single tuner Tivo, but will be using the Phillips for obvious reasons. Any help would bew appreciated!!

There are some hacks out there to do that, but we don't work with those for a few reasons. The biggest reason is stability: most of our customers want their TiVo to work perfectly every time, and these hacks make that much more unlikely to be the case. If you or someone in your house would be upset if the TiVo crashed, you should stay away from these hacks.
