Transfering Programs to New Drive

I just ordered a new 250gb drive for my series 2 tivo which I intend to replace a couple of 80gb drives that I think are giving out. (reboot every 20-30 minutes when viewing programs).

Is there a way to transfer the programs that I don't want to lose that are stored on the old drives to the new drive?

You can transfer them to your computer, and then back to the new drive when it's installed. It's slow, but that's the best move.
