S3 lifetime transfer - deadline approaching?

The offer to transfer lifetime service to the S3 expires 1/31. Does that mean I have to place my order with WeaKnees by that date, receive it by that date, or have the TSN and call TiVo by that date?

You just have to place your order by that date. You can do the actual transfer up until 3/2/07.
