Comcast & Cable Cards & Premium Channels

Have TIVO series 3 and two comcast cable cards. After 3 comcast trips to my house the cable cards have only gotten the premium chanels (like HBO for about 1 month) (none are working currently). Not a patient person. Any ideas? The signal strenght is great, the cards or harddrive just seems to not be set right to talk with Comcast signal. Live in Sacramento.

Try doing a "clear and delete everything" then using this method:
