Info on CPUs

Hello - First post here - Happy Weeknees customer. Replaced failing 80GB WD drive in Sammy 4080 with WK Seagate 160GB. Worked like a charm.

I have been curious about some of the details inside the boxes, but haven't found any information on them.

I searched for this but haven't been able to find info so maybe it's burried in the board somewhere or maybe someone knows the answer. Here are the questions:

What CPUs do the DirecTV TiVo units use?
How fast are they?
Are the all the same?
Also, how mch memory is in these boxes?
