Dsr6000 Hdd

I have searched an can't find an answer to this: can I install a 250 gig drive in a Philips DSR6000 and have it use all of the storage?

No, you can't. The DIRECTV-authorized software supports only 137gb PER DRIVE. So you could, for example, use two 120gb drives and get a total of 240gb that way. But a single 250gb would yield 137gb.
