Instructions updated for Series3 TiVos

The weaknees_sata iso includes the 2.0 release of the mfstools programs, with a few additional bug fix patches: Support for >127 "v1" swap. The stock mfstools 2.0 release can't initialize swap > 127MB.
Alternate kernel/root partitions are sized to match the primary kernel/root partitions. TiVo is sizing these at 256MB/4MB now, and the mfstools 2.0 release had them hardwired at 128MB/2MB. Compiled with large file support now. This means you can write backups that are >2GB to file systems that support it.These changes were already in the unstable version of mfstools, but not in mfstools 2.0.
