No Drive after upgrade

I did the upgrade, was pretty easy. The only cable(s) I saw to connect is the one ribbon cable with the black connector to the drive. There was no power cable? Anyhow, I start up the AppleTV and the tv shows a disc and flashing ? mark. Looks like it can't find the drive? Reminds me of old macs dying on me. Bad memories. What to do?

Right - the power goes through the IDE cable for these drives.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
