pioneer 57h won't power up

i just finished installing a new harddrive bought from you because it wouldn't get past powering up. after installing as per your instructions. iam am still having the same problem, the unit is a pioneer elite 57h. what should i do next?

That's pretty unusual. Try disconnecting the DVD burner and then booting and you may get past this point.
