Which interface does the hard drive in the HR10-250 have: ATA or SATA? If the former, is there a meaningful difference between ATA,PATA, and UATA?

ATA - any of those speeds should work just fine.

The instructions on the WK site show an IDE cable included in the kit.
My drive (Seagate Barracuda 500GB SATA ) only has a SATA interface.
Will this drive work or do I need a bridge ?

Bummer.
Thanks for the concise answer though.
