MFSTools ISO not available?

Using the Interactive Upgrade Instructions, I can't download the mfstools ISO from the following location ...

http://hellcat.tyger.org/MFS/2.0/mfstools2noJ.iso

Any other recommended locations for getting this ISO for use with the Interactive Upgrade?

BTW - good job on that thing ... very cool.

By the way, this is for replacing an 80GB drive on an older Sony Tivo (I believe SVR-2000) with a 160GB.
