Add second DirecTivo?

I am a current DirecTivo subscriber and I want to add another DirecTivo for another room. Is it possible to get another Tivo account with Directv? Currnetly I only have to pay like $6 a month for tivo and only have to pay for 1 access card.

You can certainly add more Directv TiVo dvrs to your service. Directv will only charge you for additional access cards, but the $6 dvr service charge you're already paying will cover any Directv dvr you use.
