confused for sure now

1) on Weaknees site there is: HD DVR 1360 SD / 144 HD capacity for $549

2) also: HD XL DVR 1350 SD / 150 HD capacity for $599

what is the difference between these 2 models (the HD and the HD XL)??

3) also what would be the difference between either of these models and the famous Series 3 if it was upgraded to the 1 TB size?

I want to replace my cable boxes and Series 2 Humax DRT-800 but can't figure out what I should get?????

thanks but still confused: in a blog or forum here somewhere I read that even the TiVo people would get a Series 3 if they could to keep for themselves as they were so great BUT that Weaknees did NOT have any more and it was discontinued??

Then I read somwhere that the HD was made LATER on and had "newer" software and that the HD XL was merely a bigger hard drive (from factory) and had that THX Cerified thing which would only matter if you had a Home Theatre surround setup.??
