Anyone else see faint horiz. lines in bkgrnd.?

I am having sort of the same problem but I have a series 2 samsung for directtv. For months I have wavy horizontal and sometimes vertical lines that at times are worse and then get better but never go away? I know it isn't the tv as my old and new tv shows the same thing. I also have bought high end cables etc and can not get it to go away!

please help?

We recommend a few things, such as trying without the satellite cables plugged in (watch a recorded show), moving the unit to another location in your home to rule out grounding/interference, and bypassing any UPS or surge protector. Have you tried those things?
