no ... im pretty sure not ... not all sats are at those ports....but you can split the signal to each & get 24 ports or tuners... ... but the deca wont work from switch to switch

DIRECTV has been pretty clear that this is not possible; supposedly later revs of the SWM16 were going to allow this, but evidently it wasn't reliable or they didn't make it possible. You are better off using 1x2 splitters.
