new swm

direct tv just installed a swm,1 hd receiver and 2 d12 standards. i take a d12 to the weekend place and it won`t work. (18in dish) do i need to up grade a receiver..this old guy thanks you for any help...

reset the recvr & redo the sat setting to 18 in round dish

Thanks for the info. did what you said,it was easy even for a old guy...retired
