    I'd say there's a chance. If, for example, the case is the problem, then all of your data/shows is still on the hard drive and we can get it off in our PCs.

      Is there anything I can do or look for to tell what the problem is? If the problem was with the case what could I look for?

        Case might have no lights on at all . . .

          It is only showing the light on the bottom front, the one on the top front no longer comes on.

            Hard to say. We'd need to test the drive and the case to know for sure.
