Roamio stuck in setup loop

For four days my Roamio has been stuck in the loop of Starting up to just a few minutes more to starting up over and over again. No help from Tivo except that it is a glitch in the programming that they are trying to correct. I have tried every trick that I know and have searched every forum I know and no results. This is a new unit. Tivo says to just wait and keep trying to set up and they will eventually get the fix done. They have no idea when. They say I am not alone. Poor service in my mind. I did suggest that they loan me a Bolt until they fix mine but they were not receptive to that idea. So I am stuck with no TV as I have no cable box.
