Arris MG2/ DCX900 (TE4) Kickstart Codes

Hello,

I have an Arris MG2/ DCX900 with TE4 and can't seem to execute the Kickstart Codes on this equipment after upgrading to TE4? I'm using the new VOX remote as well.

That's basically a Mini, right? If so, I don't think the kickstart codes work. What are you trying to fix?

It randomly resets and comes back up with three flashing lights, sometimes a power cycle will correct it, I was trying to run diagnostics on the hard drive, I have already ruled out a power issue.

As best I can tell, that unit isn't TiVo hardware, so it probably won't support kickstart codes. It looks like Arris' hardware running ported TiVo software. TiVo does that for many other hardware providers, and those implementations generally don't support kickstart codes.
