Frozen Now Playing Screen

Hi,
I have bought numerous upgraded Tivos from Weaknees and they usually have a lifespan of 1-2 years usually.

My Humax Tivo Series 2 with 600 hours. Last night I discovered that when I went to the Now Playing List only the deleted folder appeared. I have tons of recorded content that I can't see. I have restarted numerous times. Nothing helps. I also changed the cables just in case. I can watch live TV but no recordings. It is also restarting occasionally on its own

This Tivo is only 1 year old. Is there any way I can fix it?
