Exporting from TiVo Series 1
I have the original TiVo (Philips HDR112) and would like to be able to export files to my computer for burning on CD/DVDs. I know this is possible with Series 2, but is there some work-around available using the old Series 1 TiVos?

Sorry to say, there basically isn't. There are some complicated hacks out there, but you'd need a lot of software and some hardware.
