Default Series2 DT upgrade

can I put in a 750GB drive in this unit with MFSTools? I've upgraded drives in a DTivo R10 before so I'm assuming its the same procedure, just wondering if there is a size limit I can upgrade to on the Series2 DT.

thanks

No realistic limit - 750s are fine!

I know most around here prefer the Seagate db35's but are the Western Digital AV's any good?

My mobo only has 1 IDE, is that going to be Primary master and slave or Secondary? I guess what I mean is do I use hda and hdb or hdc and hdd when transferring from a smaller Tivo drive to a larger one?

Thanks for the help!

That's primary - but the tools generally won't write to HDA so that they don't accidentally overwrite your Windows drive, so make that the source drive.
