One of two drives dead, no backup image

I have a series 2 that I upgraded to dual drives (A and B). Now I'm getting the "Welcome, Powering Up" screen of death.

I am presuming that the issue is a dead hard drive (I'll check later). I do not yet know if it is the old drive or the new drive (although it is probably the old drive).

I have no idea where I put the backup image I created when I added the second drive.

==Question==
Presuming the issue is a dead hard drive (and not a power supply or mobo issue), without a backup image, do I have any options for getting my TiVo running again other than buying a preprogrammed hard drive?

Nope - not if you can re-image a replacement drive.
