The blue light on the actual plug is on so the outlet has power. But switching the drive on/off does nothing. Fan doesn't turn on, light on the enclosure doesn't turn on, and I can't feel or hear any signs that the hd is spinning at all.

My gut says it's not a dead drive, since it doesn't even seem to have power. Since the plug has power, I'm wondering if it could be the an issue with the power board, or something like that in the enclosure?
