Need some basic guidance. Have an old TIVO TCD2400A with some TV recordings of my daughter that I would like to access. The unit powers up with 1 steady green light on the left of the front center of the machine. The fan also operates. Right now there is no TV picture and the unit does not respond to the TIVO remote (with new batteries). Any guidance on what, if anything, I should try now? Or can anyone point out a post that would give me this info? Thank you.

For the last 3 weeks my Bolt has not recorded Saturday Night Live. It shows new and to record in the guide. The next day it has not recorded. Checked today not recording from last night. It should record on channel 4.1. I checked the recording activity, it says “Not Recorded” channel 51-2 SD No Signal. One pass manager has it set on channel 4.1. Why did it try to record on 51-2 instead of 4.1? Also missed recording Chiefs football game today. Was scheduled to record in guide. Was scheduled to record on 10-1, recording activity says channel 6-1 No Signal… Also recently i get blank screens and No signal when I try and change channels. I go to the guide and reselect the channel and it locks in.
