I just bought a HD replacement for my Samsung 4210R. After installation, the system runs very slowly. Pressing a button on the remote may take 30 seconds to respond. It appears to be worst while recording. What is wrong??
You need to give the TiVo some time to process all of the guide data. After a new drive install, it downloads data from the phone line/satellite and can process for up to 2 days.
