OK, based on what I have read on the forum, Im guessing Hard drives, but Ill throw this out anyway. Daily, On my older S2 540 the tivo will not respond to certain remote commands(guide, Tivo, channels up or down) anything to do with changing channel or playing a recorded program. The one thing I can do is hit info, scroll down to messages and access the message screen. If I try to go back to a main menu the system crashes and reboots automatically, which is what I have to do if I dont want to get my lazy butt up and unplug it.

The system is originally a 40 hr with a Weaknees TwinBreeze Complete w/PowerTrip added for the second hard drive.

As with many others, this has the lifetime service as well, so I hate to give it up, even though I know its getting old.
