Power up loop with Toshiba RS-TX20

Did not use Toshiba RS-TX20 for 4 years and now hooked it up. Goes into endless power up loop. Is there a reset or a cmaos setup that dumped in the idle time. The battery is 3VDC the drive appears to spin and acces step sounds ok. Any thoughts. Any help would be very much appreciated. Unit has 120GB HD and hooking to cable box.

I don't think it's the battery; more likely a drive, but if you want us to take a look at it, just contact us.
