I have had my Toshiba RS TX20 Tivo for several years and it has worked very well with my current setup. Today, it stopped showing live TV. I get a black screen and no picture whenever I try to watch TV. I have Charter Digital cable and can get a signal with the cable from the cable box connected directly to my TV. I can watch shows that were previously recorded and I can watch DVDS. Any idea as to the cause?
