Pioneer Tivo/dvd Boot Problem
My Pioneer TIVO goes through the "powering up" then moves on to the screen that says something like "will be a few more minutes" then cycles back to "powering up" again and keeps doing that. What's the problem?

That's almost definitely a hard drive problem. A "replace" kit for your model should fix the problem:
