Tivo Series 2 (Model-TCD24004A ) Power Failure?

I have a old standard def Tivo Series 2 model and last night it stopped working. No lights come on, screen is blank but I can here audio, and I can hear the fan. Do you know what my problem could be?

Most likely, it's a dead power supply.

We have replacements here:
