Backup/Restore HDD

I am trying to backup and restore to same size HDD but the restore keeps saying Backup is to large for the drive
Used Backup -f 999 -6so
and Restore -r 4 -bzpi commands
Did I do something wrong or are there different commands for Like Drives
Also tried "dd" and it always comes up 1 different on second drive

Check the sector count for each for drives. One might be just a tiny bit larger/smaller, and that makes all the difference in the world.
