  • Can't record anything

    Have just replaced Tivo HD and have new cable card. Tivo says it has a problem and cannot record until I reboot system. Have rebooted system a dozen times. I still am not able to record. Help!

    Did you get the card authorized for the new hard drive by the cable company?
    Been here a long time . . .

      Yes, they came out and put new card in, called it in, etc.

        What is your complete software version and what are the first 3 digits (and only the first 3 digits) of your TIVo serial number?
